Midvoyage

Midvoyage

A Poem by Crispy

The hands of time caress soft wrinkles
and sprinkle starshine in her hair

She's traveled halfway cross the galaxy...
Swum the empty oceans of meaning
Reached into the heavens~~
 She touched the sun

And as the mystic orbit pulls
 to swing her back around
She smiles with the grace of god

....now the long fall back to earth
Back to the mother that made her
Back to the daughter of nature reborn
Back to the cradles of time
