My Smile

My Smile

A Poem by Chasity

My tears fall down and
splash on the floor
I have no one to catch them
Only someone to cause them
Oh how I wish he could see
All the pain he causes me
My smile once so
bright and true
fades with every
tear he makes
Soon my smile is gone
Lost forever in
a sea of heartache and tears
I want it back but how?
I stand on the edge
looking down
I can see my smile
Can I jump in and get it?

I sure hope you can go
in and get it cause a smile
is worth more than all those
tears you have cried for someone
who doesnt derseve them. Keep your
head up high, the storm will end soon.

Best wishes
