Sitting at the Crossroad

Sitting at the Crossroad

A Poem by Crimson_Woad

Sitting at the Crossroad

Sitting at the crossroad
Carrying the chip in my shoulder
From carrying the heavy loads

Take it from me it's not right

A cruel dark fantasy and reality
Place far from the light

Where you are alone
Your skin is crawlling

And cold sweeping in your bones

Fog clouds the eyes
Disturbing thoughts of the future
Full of self doubt and lies

Toss a coin and hoping for tails
Try to think of the advantages
Forget all the fails

It might seem gloomy today
Yet the clouds are weak
They will disapate away
