The Flow

The Flow

A Poem by C. Rose

There is the show
Should I just go

Flow

My mind just can't
Maybe a rant

Flow

Time to stay
Get out of my way

Flow

What do I do
Try to find room for two

Flow

This trip is solo
I can't go too low

Flow

Maybe I'll see you
In times new

Flow

I'll make a list
Start to shake my fist

Flow

Running in place
I can see a face

Flow

Cowering in fear
Enemies are near

Flow

I draw my arms
A landscape of farms

Flow

A bounty that feeds

Caught in weeds

Flow

Masses now starving
A new way carving

Flow

Are we free
I cannot see

Flow

Climbing the steps
Without any pep

Flow

Just want it over
Eyes glazed with clover

Flow

Body breaking down
I hate that clown

Flow

Last breath fills
First blood spills

Flow
