Boredom

Boredom

A Poem by puppy74717
"

I wrote this on Feb. 13, 2007 while I was sitting alone in my room.

"

Once again I'm sitting on my bed

so bored as being dead

sounded halfway fun.

Even the sun

is under the weather,

who would tell whether

one would care

for an unpredictable dare?

Even if it would be a mistake

to shove a stake,

or shoot a dart

at a vampire's heart.

This just goes to show

how far one would go,

to even read a book

wouldn't be a fluke.
