If I were a god...

“If I were a god…”

Angels would not be

prisoners of this cruel world,

but instead, my friends

Intelligent humans, yes

They would never have to guess

The answers all there 

Living off the land

would be seen as smart and right,

not so primitive 

Actual punishments, si

So brutal villains would flee

No room for evil

There would be no tests

No failing or losing love

True prayers above

You won’t be left to question

Hard times, you won’t need to run

I would be there, always

No book left to read

You will know and you will see

What I need from thee

Love, kindness, understanding

forgiveness and acceptance

All of these you need

They aren’t just for you

But applied to everyone

We must keep the peace

A world that is fair and true

No more depressions, so blue

Worlds full of laughter

I honestly wish this were reality...surety that the power has put an obstacle before you for a reason and even if they wouldn't confer the reason...their presence might be amazing as you go through the hard times and hopefully emerge stronger with faith not only in yourself but them?
