DANCING IN THE CLOUDS

DANCING IN THE CLOUDS

A Poem by Danielle Calhoun

DANCING IN THE CLOUDS

Fairies dancing in the clouds
On small wings they fly down

Dancing along as you lie in bed
You sit and giggle as they dance again

Your little friends who come to play
Every night before you pray

You shut your eyes and soon you dream
Of the magical place where they do live

Flowers and fairies unicorns and the like
Come to this place when you call it a night

As you slumber snug in your bed
You think of fairies dancing instead
