Heaven Is My Home 😇

Our only real home

Heaven is my real home,
as we are only passing through
Living all of God’s promises,
that all things will be made new

We live here inside our bodies,
and with our minds, souls and spirits too
Soon we will rise up to the Heavens,
and we will live forever anew

God gives us the grace and strength,
to live our lives the best we can each day
God gives us wisdom and discernment,
to overcome temptation in every way

God give us Your mercy and love,
to overcome all evil and fear
When and if I ever doubt or have unbelief,
I only need to lookup to know You are near

For this world is not our real home,
it’s only a temporary place
Waiting for the day that I raise my eyes,
at the end of this life to see the Lord’s face
