Everything is connected to thoughts
If thoughts are pure, one can become pure soul and light follows him wherever he goes.he become peaceful,kind and humble
But if thoughts are evil then one can follow the path which leads him to darkness where he only finds gloomy life
So it is essential to focus on how we think

I have always told the young ones in my family to fill their minds with lightness. Dark thoughts can linger and that is why I do my best not to watch TV or films that are violent or evil in any way. If you put garbage in then you get garbage out. That is an old saying. I don't have to watch darkness, I have an imagination. I tend to push those thoughts away. Thank you for the read.
