Valentine Today

"

A valentine poem

"

Valentine Today

Another so what way

to eat choc'late?

smell the roses?

strike sexy poses?

to make a date?

to do what or not

perhaps romantic

not so frantic

let it rot?

well surely not

can't ignore it

might abhor it

as a faked up

Hallmark made up

but what the hey

you're okay

be my Valentine today?

So many thoughts about one day in time. Short and to the point. I liked it

Heh, this downplays Valentines day as just an excuse to get together. The language used is humorous, but I think saying "You're okay" downplays romantic feelings. Other than that, a great humorous piece.

This is so cute!
Such a feel-well-poem!
I loved it.
such a cute flow like
descend a marble stairway
in an old villa.

This is nice (even though it may be a "Hallmark-made-holiday"). It's not my expression, but it seems to fit well, especially for Cupid's favorite day. =)

Ahhh, this is humerous and yet cute! I think it is something made up for the Hallmark, but then again, its a happy day. Too many sad days. Thank you for sending this to me!
