I reflect upon the days of past

Of this love I've known

How you do hold my heart

A love not always shown

I searched the world around me

Now love does abound me

Not having you around

I get up, and I'll walk on

But its not the life I'd found

If I could go on anyway

I'd not want it if you aren't near

This love of mine, clearly I'd find

Though life would take me away

Nothing quenches the love I hold

For it comes from God today

And He lets me love you

Through love He's given me
