Summer: Day 2.

Summer: Day 2.

A Poem by devon

A woman that knows

Exactly what she wants

Will destroy anything

That stands in her way.

(Or, at least, I think

That’s how the saying goes)

So why, then, can’t I rip

May and June and July to shreds,

Or shorten Earth’s orbit

And greet the school year sooner, instead?

(It may be summer, but the sun just

doesn't shine)
