H-E-A-R-T-B-R-E-A-K-E-R

A Poem by devon

She cuts her hair

And dyes it black,

Hoping to give dear old dad

A heart attack.

She’s got a pretty little diamond

For each poor bloke

Whose heart she ever took

And broke.

She paints her lips red like cherries -

She tries but can’t resist

Branding a boy’s body

With her kiss.

“Heartbreaker” could have been

Sewed onto her studded leather jacket,

If the whole town didn't already know why she

Causes such much racket.

And she rolls her eyes at

Drew’s stares in the Supermarket

At one time, he held her heart in his hands;

He dropped it.

Great poem to read :) I thought it had a cute playful but "taunting and dangerous" tone :)
