I can sooooooooo relate to this, it hurts just to read it and I was already in pain. I have had so many dr's, but only a few truly care and understand enough to try and help. Pills mess with my mind but if I dont' take them the pain would drive me insane. What to do??? Keep on day by day is the only answer I've been able to find and hope and pray someday they find a way to help me. I do feel for you and I wish you the very best and hope you have better days to come. (I also agree with Ok. Rose and Lyndsay in their reviews)
I agree with every syllable of this poem. Thank you for writing this. I know exactly how you feel. But it's not in our heads, is it? Well, our heads don't benefit from it, I'm sure, but it's not JUST in our heads. Keep going. This poem really lets us know that you're hurting more than the average person. This isn't just your average "aches and pains", minor stuff. This is stabbing, this is burning, this is agony. You do a marvelous job, as always, of conveying these ideas.
S**t what do doctors know. Pain is there sll the time. Oh the curse of getting old. I wish you hadn't written this one so well, I need a pill right now all the aches came as i read. LOL
My sympathys goes out to you. My wife is in the same boat. Severe back problems. Been living with it for about 13 years. Nothing has really helped. :( Good acrostic.
