it just is

it just is

A Poem by fuschia flay

It just is  3/4/08

Not knowing how it will turn out

See the ice out the window

And on the trees

The wind blows

And edges its way through the cracks

Where ever it can find to go

Whatever I didn’t know

And didn’t find today

I can search for tomorrow

Or in my dreams tonight

Angles and arrangements

That begs to define

What isn’t even real

What I didn’t say to you yesterday

That I hold in my heart today

Willing to try and forgive

Willing to begin

Magical flight of the unknown

Where ever it fits

Draw it in

Paste it on

And frame it

Put it on the wall

And enjoy it

Yeah

Sometimes it takes forever

To make a masterpiece

Look in the window

Where the light shines through

And the energy flows

There’s something going on

Something I want to be

Part of me I’ve been waiting to see

Funny little bit of composition

That moves you

Brings you nearer to what you love

You find it

Over and over again

Outside and inside

Mixing each within the other

How you get from here to there

And hear the song

Of desire in your ears

And it doesn’t stop

You can’t shut it out

There are only intermittent breaks

And the silence is never still

Remaining to catch you on the

Next time around

And there is always another

Right, yeah

Right

Hook that up and plug it in

I recognize the feeling

How many times

Until the piece is finished

Or is it ever

Or never

Just a step to the beginning

That you find yourself

Back into the where

Where you were

And the all of

It just is

About
Creation. This notion of create and create. To see, hear, feel, the "what is" all around me. There is this something inside me. That waits around the corner. Knows me. Anyone can surround themselves, .. more..
