It's a funny endless circle.

your hurt becomes mine
and together, we hurt
you hurt because you do
i hurt because you do
together we fall
(trapped, you & i)
together we hurt
and yet
i never knew why.

i like this, it seems really simple, yet conveys a certain terrible truth. in doing this you attained a new level of poetic-ness; most write poems for themselves, but when you write something personal in such a way that it becomes universally applicable, or at least universally appreciable, it becomes a great poem.
