Poem about a giver who walks in his masters shoes

What is a man without the need to feel.
For without empathy his faith is sealed.
A kindred spirit, among venomous ghouls.
His hand reaches out, some call him a fool.
He gives his virtue, expecting it in return,
the 7 lotuses whither, 12 lambs burn.
Thus he grows more and herds anew
Proceeding on his path and toward glory
They ask for one, he gives two,
In the emulation of his master's story.
