soul

i was in a coma well my daughter was letting go of this world

A soul  don't lie
A soul  knows where it wants to go 
It trys to find a place 
Where it needs to be 
Something with in me tells me so 
At one time .during this journey
I once had had
Trying my hardest to fight for my life
Trying to wake up 
As a mother
I had a feeling deep in me 
Something was not right 
So that's when my soull took its place.
And went to look for my daughters soul
I can say 
That mine and my daughter soal met along the way 
Not knowing as she was looking for mine she was slowing letting go 
My life will never be the same

Souls do look for souls, they have no end... i can feel the poet's pain through this write... you did very well to describe the situation and how you felt... it was thought provoking...

there are some spelling errors and typos.... like in the 3rd line 'trys' should be 'tries' , 6th line there is a full stop before the word during, in the 13th line the word soul got a double l, in the 14th line daughters missing an apostrophe, in the 15th line you have mistakenly put an a instead of u in the word 'soul'....

this poem reaches the reader's mind and waa very touching....full ratings...
