A Whole Body

Smile

starts mid chest

centered

Maybe a finger's width

maybe two

from your spine

A rush

warmth spreads to your belly

then back up

to your chest stronger

and flowers

up through your shoulders

Zings

all of your neck

dragging your smile

to the very top

of your head

where it feels

dazzling
