Episode guide:

Season One.

Episode 1. The pilot. Beth Carradine returns home from a days work. She visits her son, Cody, at their lightly suburban town home. He is working on his homework, in front of the television. She fetches a light snack for herself, and a glass of cold milk, from the fridge. She asks him about his day at school. fine, he says. How’s allison, asks beth. There’s a series of flashbacks. To two weeks previous. Introduction of Star Girl. Allison is 16 years old, and very, very pretty. she has been found, thin naked, in the crisp cold air, shivering. Someone wraps a light blue blanket around her. At the distribution office. there’s a scene with Glenn McKellar, discussing plans with Reverend Matt. Glenn asks her a series of questions. They make plans for allison, to move into a center for some lost abandoned teens. Meanwhile: there’s a scene at the local diner, with Stephanie and Mitch Lewis. They converse a bit, and discuss the issue.. Later, outside: When questioned by reporters, allison starts crying. She still has the light blue blanket wrapped around her. light paused, Shayla Collins, then guides the reporters away. Later, at the plans building, there are two other teens (murph, and jara,) about allison’s age. They try talking to her a bit. She clearly has some amnesia, they realize. She doesn’t seem to know, she seems to indicate. Murph tells her a story, anyway. There’s a silent pause. allison is speechless. At the restaurant: Reverend Matt talks with Stephanie, and mitch lewis, at the diner. He asks around. Mitch happens to mention something. He guesses. By the end of the episode, beth Carradine has agreed to let allison, stay at her home, until the reverend matt finds a place that she can go. Flash to present day: How’s allison…? asks beth, once again. The answer: she has been staying with the Carradines. Cue on sentimental drama music.
