GPA Tier 2: 86 thru 90. Good Pass. Considered At Least Good, and Above Average. Close to Very Good.

GPA Tier 3: 82 thru 86. At least Average, or Slightly above (At Least Average.). Hopefully Decent.

GPA Tier 4: 80 thru 82.Minimum Acceptable in a Subject Category. The Bare Minimum.

While, it’s true the leading GPAs often seem generally attributable to Tribeca, and UWS. Honorably, it seems that we should place our trusts with The West Village, and Tribeca, including the Modern West Village and the Modern East Village, and Gramercy. I’m fact, power of the city and centralization should be focused in the West Village, and Tribeca, these years, and for at least the next 32 years,!!!!,

And yes, by the way, we, referring to Tribeca and the West Village, and the Upper West Side, live and stem from the Modern Futurian Era.

Conclusively: Total Power of Church, and Total Power of Government should be held principally in Tribeca, and The West Village, with Main Centralization in The Modern West Village; and Tribeca and The West Village as the dominant (Primary,!!!,) districts in the city, for at least the next several decades.
