1. In order to be listed as a nationwide celebrity, a main client must have travelled to at least 48 states (or, at least 45 states, or, some think, only 35 states, according to some general evaluators.) A nationwide celebrity has special access to freely set up, and colonize in any state he has been in. There are other additional perks to being a nationwide celebrity. You, of course, still cannot set up in a zip code that you have not been in (!!!).

2. In order to be opted as an international celebrity, a main client must have travelled to at least two, or at least three different countries. An international celebrity has special access to freely set up, or colonize any country he has been in. There are other additional perks to being an international celebrity.

These rulings were made to insure preservation of the history of a land or province, and terrain or territory.
