Horror Story in Poetry

I thought of a horror story then wrote it down in poetry.

I unlock my door

I put my things away 

I rest for a bit 

To call it a day

Then the phone rang

I walk over to answer

To realize no one is there

I go to my room

To get ready for bed

When I close my eyes

I never woke up again
