even i get boarded sometimes

even i get boarded sometimes

A Poem by disfiction

inimically tear asunder bough to sercle

eroding, fertility's decay in gloss

wretched to moralize, to theorize

aristotle, suffer not abstemiously

gladsome are we in thy marrow

manifestation in her untrammeled benevolence

oh, Prisca of ancient lineage

oh, time-honored cordiality

remitting all of explicance

polished to pristine shine, calling for the West Meadow to displace its capricious gambol

my vast moat of white-oak and arrogance

monotonous trenches knee thick in serpent's seed

forenoon acclaimeth through a ripening of orchids, fair

sickly, sweetest of misty liquor pours from her wounded starboard

tortured moans erupt from boiling gashes

behold! for thy mortific concubine shapeth thread to blooming gold!

unhandsomely enchanting to swain of many amiable lands

but Averill's desolate eyes besot lofty majesty

ne'er to bequeath. vigorous loneliness divine.
