Own a globe

Own a globe

A Poem by Gerhardus Retief

Where the wolves watch with their howls as the rain pours down the glass.
It started with one thing where I was inside not locked outside.
How the globe globally ticks its own life away.
Do we hide from it for the rest of our lives or do I have to do this by myself?

The fact, the idea, the shiver that personal way of saying goodbye.
Its not a dark ball to roll down the path to meet the pinheads of judgment.
Surprisingly the imagination has interrogation right through the holes that enable us to breathe.
Unquestioningly cover them up to suffocate and sabotage ourselves right through thick and thin.

I can't even create a thread for protection from a piece of string.
The trust has become so much as dust, how do people expect so much?
No matter what I do I am still stuck on the outside.
The glass is harder than the bony skull.

When it spins lives go back wards when it moves clockwise lives stop even faster.
Mentally be to pad the walls for ourselves eventually.
Its a freak out of nature to stare into the glass to see yourself in the end.
Theres no way out theres no way in, only one thing left to do is to shatter it forever.

The pieces cant be put back together the blood on the shards separate them forever.
Why was I locked out in the first place?
It was a place for so much yet theres no space for me.
Nobody knows how to find a desperate comfort in a cold place like this.

The globe was born in a uni circle so it would be testified my life in a pentagram of unholiness.
Lets make it impossible to see that its just too predictable to commit homicide in there.
My sarc is figured in robes from the look in my thoughts.
Nobody can see through the glass that hides my satisfaction.
