All I know

All I know

A Poem by D. Mansfield

All I know, and those things are few,
We arrive here alone,
And it's how we exit too.

It's a solo flight from start to finish
We start to separate as as our minds diminish
It's all the "in betweens" that make up who we are.
Did you help the neighbor jump his car?

Life's "in betweens" are bookmarks
They sit on either side
One right before you get here
The other right after you've died.

Hi D. Mansfield. You are never alone.
Just think how many characters there are involved?
I also have that many...um..."friends".
We are here for you.
