Politicians

Politicians

A Poem by donny ingraham

My twisted dark fantasies

 have become my living nightmare

shadows lurk

the darkest of places

no saint would go

within this my soul rest

hoping no light shines through

The weight bears down upon me

watching society fade

republicans dig my grave

making it hard to live

you have killed me

I feel your pain too. I watch the Senate and House channel. Men who don't want to solve problems. Make me pissed off. Most topic have certain ways to fix things. Old USA has many bad times. Research the past to repair the present. I like the way you ended this poem. Thank you for your excellent poetry. Made my old mind think again.
