Touch/Untouched - 01/07/17

A Poem by Dom

Catatonic
at the laying of hands and tongues;
bundled and buried
to save me from adoring eyes -
I can't bear her decency to an indecent body.

Perhaps I'll live my life in grey old pyjamas,
let my hair grow long,
bleed from my gums...
No.
Unfuckable is not unrapeable.

If they are baited still with babies -
and still with bones -
what can be done when mature and healthy?
Light me up in screaming neon; project
'UNDESIRABLE'
across all of me; smudge curves,
and make them scribbles.
Watch -
touch but be untouched.

Intense poem. Gave me a bad feeling, and that means it was a good write. You're talented! Thanks for sharing.
