My last sunset

My last sunset

A Poem by Joshua Wheeler
"

Losing what you never had.

"

The sun is falling in the oceans horizon

Slipping from my sight

Never in reach since my first breathe

Yet with me every day

With its descent falls more than the light

Falls all hope that it would bring the nights false hopes.

Insanity repeats

I fall asleep

I dream for all time

It was my last sunset

It appears the only reasonable solution to this mess we all got ourselves into is insanity. Such is life.

PERHAPS LIFE IS A RUN ON, WHEN THE LIGHTS GO OUT LET THE OTHERS PUNCTUATE

Nature has it's way of putting periods and commas on our day and what it contains.

. interesting poem ... it's quite a thought ... but perhaps ... insanity and life and the mess - all are over rated ... and the only thing that matters is pain ... and that is under rated ... just thinkin' aloud ...
