State of Mind

State of Mind

A Poem by Archipelago
"

quick

"

Messed up out of my mind

Lucky s**t, this would hurt if I weren’t

Instead I’m so happy I can’t breathe

Smiling wide and I mean it for now

Going nowhere fast

It’ll happen, I know it

But I’ll drag it out

It’s my right to ruin whatever I still have

You look good like that

But I can’t take this

Oh my God how much longer

Now I know why they hate you

Goodbye, little lucky

I’ll miss you, you f****r
