The lady waved the fork in front of her for what seemed like ages, prattling on about her most recent cathartic yoga experience, as if shed forgotten picking up the food in the first place. I found myself rather irritated by her endless yammering, mostly because she neglected the dessert that sat in front of her, which my eyes were fixated on. I eventually turned my gaze away, prodding my now-soggy salad as I imagined biting into the cake. I thought of how the rich chocolate filling would ooze out from its center when i took my first bite of it, the warmth of it in my mouth as i savoured it. I admit I felt particularly angered as I eyed the skinny woman as she ignored her perfectly spongy dessert. 'What is she even going on about?'
