Irony

Irony

A Poem by Andrew

Be still, keep moving
Be still, keep moving

Say the truth, keep living
Tell a lie, die trying
Ignore yourself, while leaving
Makes no sense, I'm breathing

Be still, keep moving
Be still, keep moving

Walking tall, crouching low
Sharing all and giving none
Seeking truth, and telling lies
Living bold, cowardly gone.

Be still, keep moving
Be still, keep moving

Nothing happens, always active
Farting ideas, belching realities
Beautiful chaos, ugly peace
Possessing nothing, clutching straws

Be still, keep moving
Be still, keep moving

Ignorantly knowing, blissfully dumb
Round and round, the circle is drawn
Wondering how, the truth like a bomb
Peace desired, not always brawn.

Your poem is really good, very well written, full of imaginary!!! I had to read it twice to have a more eloquent understanding of its meaning and that was great because I could appreciated even more so.

Well done!!!
