A Wish

A Wish

A Poem by Doreen

My senses wake,
     I feel you near,
I long to be set free!
Upon this night,
     ere dawn's first light,
I sit and wait for thee.
I tremble - will
     there be much pain,
          before this life does cease?
Embracing life,
     eternally,
          upon the nights to feast.
To say goodbye,
     to daylight skies,
I've spied since I was born.
This mortal life
     of misery,
I doubt that I shall mourn.
And, now, I find
     I'm pacing back
          and forth across the floor,
In hopes that you'll
     come calling,
          gliding through my open door.
Oh, can't you hear
     the beating of
          my heart within my chest?
I long for your
     eternal kiss,
          until which I won't rest.
So, come to me
     upon this night,
          please do not hesitate!
Come sink your teeth
     into my flesh,
          tonight I lay in wait.
I need to feel
     your sweet caress,
whilst from my soul you feed,
And take me to
     a life with you,
          to be forever free
.

Super sexy really, the rhyming works very well and the dark subject matter is tasty. The writing is also very good, nice job .
