Emotional ping-pong
rides we are thrown on
roller coasters
-falling with nothing to land on.
Shaking in your boots
sweating in a horrid dream
flying down the garbage chutes
open up your mouth to scream.
Close your mouth, -you made no sound
stand erect and look around.
Disillusions
twisted visions
mass confusion
Unwritten decisions.
Lay it straight and take control
Sway and breathe,-relax, console.
