MORNING ROSES(2)

A second version of the poem "morning roses"

As I rose to a great morning,
At the dawn of a new day.
So did the morning dew-
Awaken the sleeping roses.
Making my heart sing in melody.

A song of joy,
As I took a peep at the elegant roses-
Blossoming in the morning dew.
Making my heart sing louder in melody;
"Oh! What a perfect day".

As I peeped through the window,
I was engulfed by the scent of the roses,
Finding its way into the room-
Through cracks and vents on the wall,
Competing with the air to have its way.

Was inspired by a friend's poem"PERFECT DAY"
