She Makes Me Feel Like I'm Flying

She Makes Me Feel Like I'm Flying

A Poem by Dylan
"

Its pretty simple.

"
Beginning-

Coasting
Climbing
Cruising
Freewheeling
Talking
Holding
Laughing
Wishing

Stalling!

Uncertainty
Suspicion
Doubt
Anger
Fear

Solitude...

Forgiving
Stabilizing
Ascending
Soaring
Loving
Living

Confessing?

Descending
Tumbling
Free-falling
Plummeting
Crashing
Burning

...

Finally, like a Phoenix out of the Ashes
I am...
Rising

Hey Dylan I love this! It's just how it is when love tugs your heart strings, as though you can't speak nor breathe. Each word is a beat. This poem is like the "pow pow pow pow" of your heart beat trying to describe what its feeling. It portrays the dizzying heights of love and also the inevitable burn when lost, but in the end... to have known love, is to have lived, right?

This is interesting. I like that you went through the motions of loving someone in such a simple but understandable way.

All understanding depends on interpretations, and the way i've interpreted this poem,i find it very subtle and melodious. Each word created an image in my mind, and the flow of the poem is lovely.

About
Well, I'm a shy guy. Once you get to know me though, I can get very talkative, spastic, etc... Anyways. I probably won't put much stuff up here because I lack self-confidence, but hey, I'll give it a.. more..
