Medal for my gadget

Medal for my gadget

A Poem by Edward Lancheister
"

talk about my dearly gadget

"

The First thing I seek when the eyes open in the morning

My fingers dancing along with the tidings you convey

An Alarm to assure in the warning

As a caress upon the screen revealing memory

From the moment captured by you

Upset when you are empty

in the middle of conversation or things I should do

Hear the voice of laughter, sadness and  joy

So delicate  sounds for  my hearing

Tools to share thought inspiring

For me,  you are more than just a toy

Feel the world so small without boundaries

All gather together in the palm of my hand

A schedule to  eliminate being careless

Where I learn a lesson to understand

Your faithfulness unquestionable

So I give you a medal

Medal for my gadget

I love the way you described an everyday object in such a unique way. Keep up the good work!

Thank you Audrey for kindly review and courage to write much more better :)
I like this. It shows how much we rely on our phones and other technology, but you spin it around in a positive way showing that there is a whole world available to you through this little gadget. Well done!
