My Best Friend's Hot

My Best Friend's Hot

A Poem by Emma Cathryn

Through all of the years,
Push past most my fears,
I'm already done with the tears
So
I'm accepting the fact that
You love me not,
That you're hiding away
Disregard my distraught filled
Eyes.
So I lay here alone
Staring up at the sky
Thinking of you
And your solemnly lies.
The stars start to shine
Ever so bright
But my heart starts to break,
My fists clenched up tight.
As my heart begins to ache,
I feel a single tear.
I can't wait for it to be over,
Can't wait to have a fresh
start.
