A Dollop of Blood on My Wedding Ring, Please

She's happy, he's happy

It all looks so sweet

But he's murdered seven

She's murdered three

Nobody knows, their both too slick

He's got the brawn

And she's got the wits

 

The love story is strange

He was a greaser, and she was a gaudy

In the midst of the kill, his eyes met hers

Ironically enough, over his girlfriend's dead body

The dated by day, and struck by night

They were so compatiable, like they both agreed

It was more satisfying when they put up a fight

 

The proposal was set in the midst of August

The target was a teacher, perhaps twenty-three

He quickly stabbed, she strangled in synchro

When all was done, he took the teacher's ring

He looked the girl, right in her sick eyes

And fell to his blood-soaked knee

Her face was one mixed with fear and joy

When he said "Will you marry me?"

 

Cleaned up and fake, the two called family

Bragging about the engagement

He talked, phone on shoulder, washing his hands

And she smiled, knowing nothing would change it

The two made plans, both murderous and marital

But each had no time to devise a kill

Finally the wedding day arrived

And both had murder up to a skill

 

So she said "I do", and he did too

And bells ran and flowers flung

Her laughing ringing through the halls and he leads her to the stairs

The song of all they've killed gone unsung

They get into the limo, and the driver says "Where to?"

She shrugs, and he says "Anywhere is fine."

But the driver stops to take a smoke but

She pulls out a gun and says "Just drive."

It makes me want to growl with hunger. It sounds like gluttony, but it could be wrath.

However, a teacher? Hmm. It's gluttony, yes, definitely, gluttony. Murder and death can be so caloric.

That's right, we need a good workout to burn off those nasty calories from killing. Yummy.
