lost child

lost child

A Poem by black.butterfly
"

an orphan who have never known love

"

Lost child

A child facing promised lies

Young when was orphanized

Tears are shed from his eyes

Tired of being dehumanized

A lonely lost child that cries

For calls that are unverbalized

To beasts in human disguise

In which cruelty is symbolized

A child who asks for replies

But left lost and disorganized

To grow a beast who will despise

All with guilt that is rationalized

Ooh. Interesting way this was phrased. I like the -lized endings. Made the thing sound nice to hear. Not really much thoughts on this, since I can't really relate to orphans well. But perhaps you could change the lies with snakes; A child abandoned in a pit of snakes or something like that.

But beauty is in the eye of the beholder, so this is my preferred style, I guess. Not bad. I enjoyed it.
