Unrequited Love

Unrequited Love

A Poem by Epic Destruction 911
"

The aftermath of a sappy mood

"

Another day dawns

She looks out of the window

Hoping that miraculously, she'd see his face

It's been days, feels worse than years

That she hasn't seen the face of her angel

Every night, she cries herself to bed

Thinks about the light he adds to her life

Just the sight of him, so powerful?

Yet another day, after those tears, screaming and scars

And another broken heart

A smile dawns upon her face, at the memory of his unique smirk

His deep gaze

If her feelings were known

Her life would be so much different

So much better

Counting down days to when she'll see him again,

She floods oceans

Waking up to reality

Knowing its a lost cause;

Miracles dont happen

So much pain,

For unrequited love..
