Here's to the Defenders

In tribute to those just who defend us.

Here's to just people

all the world through

who cut down evil

to bloom safety in view

And for their bravery

and the job they do

they deserve more than money

they deserve merit too

So for the men and women

defenders through and through

medals of honor should glisten

for everyone to view
