disavow your feelings

into that dark chasm

where you reside

let the sun undress your spirit

with wafts of shine

and love

and bat your eyelashes in victorious illusion

 

because it all might become

I’m glad you like that idea. I think if we focus on the negative in our minds too long it becomes a reality so if we try to focus on something that has been a bright spot it can help. May not be a complete fix or long term but it can help
