It's about the indefinite pronoun

 

 

I love everything

about nothing

when anything

that fills my heart

is something 

I refuse to become

attached to

 

basically all things

non-specific

just like the word

 

I used to love everything 

about you

but now nothing about you

appeals to me

and anything you say

is something

I refuse to consider

 

because basically all things

concerning love

are nothing

new to me

and everything

I don't

want to remember.

OMG! This was powerful and sad to the bones.
The poet is lamenting many things. He is staying the course of lost destinations but still enjoying the process.
