![]() the ticking of foolsA Poem by jacob erin-cilbertothe
ticking of fools a
rash of bad timing leaves
ugly scars for
training hearts
to wed strangers then
divorce in the morning before
the tears can well up to the sun burn
eyes that blinded themselves with
false love before
the hour hand got
in line. erin-cilberto 5/14/25 © 2025 jacob erin-cilberto |
