I'm afraid you might hear it

pounding, growing intensely louder

the nearer you draw to me

 

I can't imagine my life

if you were not part of it

With just three words

you changed my life

 

You filled with my life

With more happiness

than I ever realized

I could feel

 

I feel complete

with you around

There is no longer

an emptiness in my soul

 

Reality is far better

than any of my wildest dreams

because you are my only wish

and being with you fulfills it

 

So baby, all my hopes and dreams

have come true in you

Thank you for making my life

so amazing and special

 

So tell me you love me

Everyday and night

and I promise to give you

Every bit of happiness

Find anything lacking

A very sweet and romantic poem. I can feel the 'love' flow in the words and the yearning felt. I like how you saw love as a hopeful thing, it inspires me too. I especially liked the stanza:
"So tell me you love me
Everyday and night
and I promise to give you
