Drunken Thoughts

Some days don't you just wanna wake up and let it all be over
For once, can things go back to normal
Take away all these feelings, triggered by demons
Take away all the fake love, the fake hugs
Take away all the lies and deceit
I can't take it anymore
I'm getting drunk just to speak
High just to weep
Both just to dance
Look at what sin has done to man
Hear my cry, look in my eyes
As tears feel my voids
And my voice echoes to the Lord
Just take this pain away
Erase all the bittersweet memories
Cause everybody who said they wouldn't
