I Love You So Much

I Love You So Much

A Poem by Ethan Talby

Wake up early to hear your voice
Though texting is an alternative choice
Knowing your mine
Stops space and time
But when you're not here
My heart fills with fear
I can't promise you'll have no pain
But I promise something to gain

I love you so much
I'm a fool, so I rush
I love you so much
I'm shy, so I blush

After class I call your cell
Cause without you life is hell
When you're not by me
I can't stop crying
I'm sorry I kept you
And that others might tempt you
I can't promise that I'll stay faithful
But I promise that only you make me blissful

I love you so much
I'm a fool, so I rush
I love you so much
I'm shy, so I blush

Late at night when I give you a lullaby
I frown knowing I'll have to say goodbye
We moan and groan
As we imagine hitting home
Picturing holding you tight
As I speak softly into the mic
Then when you fall asleep
My heart's yours to keep

Aww. Emotion filled and innocent. Well done. :) (Might I suggest punctuation marks, otherwise it makes the reader feel rushed)
