A Mama still loves you, no matter what

This is for my Mama, about what we went through last night. <3

 I thought that after you knew

How I used to be

That you would never say

"I love you" ever again

I thought that you

Could never understand why

And maybe you don't

But it doesn't matter if you do

I'm glad you can't tell me

"I know how it feels"

Because that would mean

That in my birth

It had been given to me

And I understand now

About the consequences of

My own actions and decisions

I won't blame anyone for this

Because I have no one to blame

And I know who's fault it is anyway

It's all mine

And no one can ever bear this with me

I have this on myself

Will it last forever?

I hope not

Or else maybe no man

Will ever be able to love all of me

And maybe it's for the better

If no man ever does

But even if I'm alone

For the rest of my life

I know you still love me

And think I'm so precious

Because I'm all yours:

Flesh, Blood, and Bone

And we're one in the same

Because

We were created like that
