You’re so hot to me,

In an annoying way, 

In an all consuming kind of way,

That makes me forget who I am,

And what I was doing, 

It pisses me off,

How much I want to see you ,

It’s f*****g confusing, 

I despise you, 

But I can’t keep my hands off you, 

It’s a weak excuse, 

In truth, 

You just make me aggravated,

By how I’m falling for you,

It has me fascinated, 

The way you animated,

Talking about how I am frustrated, 

I just want to,

Kiss you senseless,

And leave you, 

Breathless, 

So I can have some peace and quiet, 

And not listen to your defiant,

Way your lips move, 

Making me reliant, 

On a cruel,

Excuse to leave, 

So you don’t see, 

Exactly what you have done to me.

The answer I didn't find in this poem was...was it intentional on his part or is the aggravated person more mad at herself for what she perceives he is doing to torment her? Is the attraction purely on one side or is he a Casanova who knows exactly what he is doing? Either way, this was fun to read and try to figure out. Thanks for sharing this.

To answer your question, to me it was more about what she perceives/knows he is doing to torment her and I think he may know but neither party is addressing their feelings for one another. That being said, I think it can be interpreted anyway! It's one of the many things I love about poetry: it doesn't matter what I think about writing it, it more matters how others connect with it.
